For creative people i need help?

i have been asking this ting over and over again and again since yesterday ok now i am writing this story about an assassin who is well known around the world cuz he is very strong and leaves nothing to trace him and he kills important people and famous people and everyone so govs and gangs and other assassins and FBI and CIA and even KGb and trying to get him but problem is how people can contact him to hire him for a job or a hit i mean it cant be with a mobile or an agent cuz his aganet could get killed or could turn against him and it cant be by e-mail and it cant be in personal like someone go and meet him cuz no one knows who he is so plzzzzz someone help me out here

he could leave encrypted clues that the people hiring him notice, and they could be notes. then he follows them somehow and finds some encrypted clue they leave for him.

He arranges meeting points through other people and the communications are made personally and very discretely.
well it is indeed difficult to find a way of communication in 21st century.

a person can never work alone.

theres always some1 loyal associted with a person.

website is the only option where who wants to hire him can creat their account and leave there message.

now the role of that loyal freind is to creat a most brilliant website which cannot be code breaked.and he will receive all the money and everythin for him.
