How Hard is it to get a job with the CIA?

Let's pretend that you have a college degree in international relations, have military service, speak Arabic, and have a clean record/never used drugs? Would you, in reality, have a good chance of getting a job at the CIA (Clandestine, preferably) or is CIA incredibly selective to the point where you should not count on getting into clandestine services?How Hard is it to get a job with the CIA?
With those credentials you would actually have a great chance...the CIA is in dire need of middle eastern language officers ( arabic, urdu, farsi pashto, etc )How Hard is it to get a job with the CIA?
Well, if you never used drugs you might not be considered. Otherwise you have some great qualifications.
Back when I was in college, 80's, the CIA was on campus trying to hire grads. Any kind of major.
